Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at thethreadcpt@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy once it has been delivered.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation by LekkerLounge

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock or discontinued
• A pricing or product listing error has occurred
• Payment could not be verified
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
