Shipping & Delivery
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
We take pride in ensuring that all orders be dispatched in the correct manner and within 5-8 business days nation-wide
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders over R400: FREE delivery within South Africa
- Orders under R400: Flat rate of [R49.99]
4. Courier Partners
We use trusted South African couriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. All orders are shipped with tracking enabled.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at their nearest depot for collection. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping will be available soon.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thethreadcpt@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
