Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–8 business days nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, festive season) or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders over R1000!

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and most outlying areas in South Africa. Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're not liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
